2. Account Management

2.1 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on zx99. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where zx99 identifies multiple accounts held by the same player, all accounts will be suspended immediately. Account balances including pending winnings may be forfeited, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be void.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zx99 account credentials, including your username, password, and withdrawal PIN. You agree to notify zx99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. zx99 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain account security. zx99 support staff will never ask for your password — if asked, decline and report immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal functionality. zx99 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory KYC completion.
zx99 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice where practicable. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance will be reviewed in accordance with the specific circumstances. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting zx99 support. Any eligible remaining balance is returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Payment Methods
zx99 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zx99 does not accept payments via credit or debit cards issued outside Bangladesh, international bank transfers, or cryptocurrencies. The available payment methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.
3.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit on zx99 is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases. Where a deposit is not reflected after 15 minutes, contact zx99 support with the transaction reference number from your mobile wallet. zx99 accepts only deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. All withdrawals require confirmation via your account withdrawal PIN. zx99 processes standard withdrawal requests promptly during operational hours. zx99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests to a payment account not matching your registered details will not be processed.
zx99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside zx99's control. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before transacting. Where a deposit is returned due to incorrect details or a failed transaction, processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the returned amount.
Where zx99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity in connection with a transaction, the relevant funds may be frozen pending investigation. If an investigation confirms fraud, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. Players who believe a transaction has been incorrectly frozen should contact zx99 support with documentary evidence of the legitimate transaction.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonus offers on zx99 are governed by specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
4.1 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players who have completed any required verification steps. Welcome bonuses are available only to players making their first deposit on a new account. Players who have previously held a zx99 account — including closed or suspended accounts — are not eligible for new player welcome bonuses. zx99 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded on zx99 are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit. Contribution rates by game type toward meeting the wagering requirement are specified in individual promotion terms.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
zx99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus funds without normal gaming risk, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements at artificially low risk, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, zx99 will void the bonus and any associated winnings, and may permanently close the account.
Seasonal promotions at zx99 — including campaigns around the BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to their own individual promotional terms published alongside each campaign. Where a seasonal promotion's specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only. All other aspects of a player's account continue to be governed by these general Terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Actions and behaviours that are strictly forbidden on the zx99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament offered on the zx99 platform.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair financial advantage.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the zx99 platform, including structuring deposits to avoid detection.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location when accessing the platform.
- Registering more than one account on zx99 under the same or different identities, or allowing another person to operate or access your account.
Any violation of the prohibited conduct provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account found to be in violation, to void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, and to retain account balances as partial compensation for investigation costs. Serious cases involving potential criminal activity will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
6. Responsible Gaming & Account Closure

6.1 Player Protection Tools
zx99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
